Are you confused about all the information about nutrition, diets, health and lifestyle practices that you read on the internet? Perhaps you want some guidance or further information but you are not sure who to ask? Should it be a doctor, a personal trainer, a nutritionist, a dietitian, or a life coach perhaps? Maybe you want to understand more about how your lifestyle might affect certain health conditions, such as diabetes, food sensitivities, mental health, fatigue, …… and Covid!

Come along for an informal chat to pose your questions, and discuss the topics with Lucy and other like-minded people who share an interest in finding the best healthcare advice. A maximum of 6 people can book into any session but if you would prefer to ask questions alone, please request an individual time slot when you complete the booking form. 

To book a session, choose your preferred date/time and fill in your details. You will be sent a Zoom link to join the session by email. Please let us know if you can no longer attend the session so that your place may be offered to someone else.
